LK Greer
LK Greer is the CEO of HR Dallas. LK received her formal education at Baylor University, earning a BBA in Marketing and Finance and a JD with a litigation emphasis. LK specializes in strategic planning and employee and organizational development.
LK gained business and operations management experience in the fields of law, accounting, network services, engineering and hospitality. LK has worked for Fortune 500 companies to sole proprietorships in the arenas of finance, administration, management, and human resources. During the last 10 years, LK has worked in the trenches with several small business owners to assist in business development and human resources management.
As an HR Director LK provides advice and counsel to business owners and staff, develops compensation structures, oversees performance and assists in organizational development, planning and structure. LK combines an assertive, no-nonsense style with a genuine desire to see both businesses and employees succeed. LK’s communication style was honed as debator for Baylor University and developed further as an instructor in their summer workshop.
LK combines operations experience, knowledge of the legal environment and communication skills to promote profitability, success, career development and professionalism in staff, managers, senior managers, and owners.
