Cindy Baeumler is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in a generalist and manager capacity. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Drake University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Cindy has worked for Fortune 500 companies to sole proprietorships in a variety of industries, including service, manufacturing, distribution, and healthcare technology. Her broad range of knowledge includes employment law, compensation, benefits, safety, staffing, communication, performance management, employee relations, team facilitation, training and staff development. Before joining HR Dallas, Cindy owned a consulting business specializing in policy and procedure development, compensation plans, employee relations and recruiting for small to mid-sized corporations.

As an HR Manager Cindy works closely with business owners, managers and staff to promote stronger employee relations and increase employee performance. Cindy designs and implements processes in recruiting, performance management, compensation and benefits. Cindy melds a team approach with a results-oriented style to develop and implement key human resources programs that promote profitability.
