Frances Lancaster

As a consultant with HR Dallas, LLC, Frances brings 15 years of both field management and writing experience in the professional services, technical and distribution businesses. Frances earned a BA in English with minors in Spanish and Marketing at Texas A&M University.

From EDS to start-up ventures in insurance, tax processing, healthcare and government programs, Frances has spent years developing her skills in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. Frances is experienced in enhancing employee/manager relationships, and supports HR Dallas's recruiting team as needed.

HR Dallas turns to Frances when developing and implementing process and procedures, employee handbooks, and employee training. Frances is also intimately involved in benefits administration and performance management.
